New Hampshire on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee.

Your order will ship within ten business days from receipt. If there
will be a delay, we will notify you by email.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you don't like it, you can
return it to us for a full merchandise refund or replacement. Of
course, the item must be in the original condition, etc. Please email
or call us at 603-279-8181 to discuss the details of the return and
to obtain a return authorization number. We're sorry, we cannot
accept unauthorized returns.

Please call us if you've seen something in our store that is not
available for on line ordering. We will be happy to quote you
availability and a price for shipping.

The items available for on line ordering on our website are
currently shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We do not charge extra
handling or packing charges. If you're in a huge hurry, call us and
we'll quote overnight shipping charges for you. Shipping charges
are added as you add items to the cart; there are no surprises at
the end.
