You agree that we assume no responsibility for the content of any websites referenced to by any hyperlink or otherwise, and do not warrant the content of these websites in any manner or respect.  you acknowledge that making available hyperlinks to publicly accessible web pages and newsgroups is legally permissible and consistent with the common, customary expectations of internet users.  These links are provided only for your convenience, and their inclusion does not constitute or imply our approval or endorsement of those sites or their content.

Your Account:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and for restricting access to your account.  You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.  We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.  If you are under 18, you may not use or access the Sites without the involvement of a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

Pricing and Product Description:

We make every effort to ensure that the price of each item listed on our site is correct, and that it is described accurately.  However, a small number of items may at times be mispriced due to administrative or other error.  In the event of a pricing error, you agree that we shall have no obligation to fulfill the order, and will, at our sole discretion, either contact you to determine whether you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price, or cancel your order.  We do not promise that product descriptions or pricing is accurate, or error-free.  If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund.

Payment Terms:

All prices shown on our website are in US Dollars.  We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and Discover.  A sales tax of 8.1% applies to all orders shipped to an Arizona address.  (Non AZ orders are not charged sales tax.)

Warranties:

In the case of a warranty shipping charges are not covered by the manufacturers and are billed to the customer.  We will find you the best rate possible but are not responsible for shipping costs for warranty items.

Warranty items are different to "normal returns" in that we are a third party to the warranty transaction between our customers and the product's manufacturer. We do our best to resolve all warranty issues as quickly and cost effectively for our customers as possible, but do not have any control over the manufacturer.  We stand behind our products and our customers!

Refund Policy:

All refunds will be applied to the original purchasers credit card once the returned item has been inspected by Great Northern Trading Company to insure that it is unused, uninstalled, and in original new condition along with any packaging and with all tags attached.

Great Northern Trading Company has a 30 day return/refund policy.  Beyond 30 days, returns will be accepted only at the discretion of Great Northern Trading Company for either store credit or an exchange.

Out of Stock Items:

We do our best to ensure accurate inventory on the website, but sometimes it may happen that a purchased item is out of stock.  If an item is not available at the time you place the order, a representative will contact you with alternative choices or we will back-order the item for you and ship it when it becomes available, or issue a refund.  Be sure to include a valid email address for a representative to contact you.
